Sorry for the lack of updates. Three projects due on the same week right after our camping trip doesn’t really help. I just got back from a friend’s house because we were working on a Halloween Project. The four of us have to come up with a play and film it and it’s the most pointless thing I’ve been assigned, but we still have to do it.

Since I’m the only one with a video camera I brought mine and we started filming. After messing up about 7 times we finally got a good take, but we wanted to film it once more, to make it all the more perfect. Me being my brilliant self, re winded the whole tape and we started filming again (which erased our previous take) It was a minute into the skit before we realized the battery had died and we were left with two unfinished takes. Nice.

My friend Alessia had a digital camera, so we used that to film. Unfortunately, her’s doesn’t have a flash/light thing or whatever and when we were in a dark room all you could see was darkness. Our teachers are going to be impressed ;D Right now, I’m debating whether we’ll be fail, or get an R which means we fail AND we have to redo it. I think I’ll take the F.

All that drama and failure after I had spent 3 days on my History Brochure, which is due tomorrow. I honestly HATE that project. The brochure is pointless, doesn’t print properly, and comes out in big jumble. What’s the point of the brochure anyway? Whatever happened to a traditional essay? I’d prefer Bristol Board projects over this! If I ever find the person that came up with this brilliant idea, I’m going to kick their smart little ass. Now that I have my mess of a brochure done, and our wonderful production out of the way, only one more fun project to go! (This one, being completely pointless and stupid as well, is called the Cereal Box project. And yes, our project is going on the cereal box -.- Yay…)
